How do I book?
Get in touch through our contact form, call us at +381 63 852 6953, or send an email to info@fairy-oak.com. We’ll find the right date together.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. The exact amount depends on the type of booking, for photo experiences it’s typically 50%, while for larger events like weddings, a smaller amount is required to secure your date. The deposit is non-refundable, but if your plans change, you can apply it toward any other booking within one year. The reason is simple: when we hold a date for you, we turn away other inquiries for that slot, so the deposit helps us cover that commitment.
Can I visit the property before booking?
Please do. We genuinely encourage it, as photos can only show so much, and the atmosphere of the space is something you need to feel in person. We love meeting people, showing them around, and getting a sense of what they’re looking for. Don’t hesitate to ask.
How many guests can you accommodate?
For indoor events, up to 20 guests comfortably (30 at the absolute maximum). For outdoor events, that number is much higher. We’ll help you figure out the best setup based on your event.
What happens if it rains?
We set up tents and pagodas to keep everything covered and comfortable. Do keep in mind that rain protection involves additional costs, which we’ll discuss with you during planning.
